The list of delicacies is quite long in Maldives with most dishes having the three staple items: coconut, fish and rice. Taste the authentic Maldivian curry with Tuna, Garudhiya, a fish soup accompanied by lime, chili, rice, curry leaves, onions and a coconut.  The MashumiRoshi Tuna and Chapati and the street food Mas Kashi that is dried fish with mango and coconut is also worth trying.
